Join our DEEP BREATHING practice where you can experience inner peace, a sense of well-being and deeper awareness of your creative abilities.
Everyone will be using a deep breathing technique of “36 Breaths.” This practice can foster a deeper awareness of your inner state of being and result in letting go to stillness. This practice uses beads as a focus for you to notice how your breath moves through, feels, and feeds your body.

Breath Beads will be provided to help focus on your breath, releasing you from the task of counting.
